Eligibility
NoctMuse is for users aged 16 and over. Certain mature content is available only to accounts with a verified age of 18 or over.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect the security of your account and take responsibility for activity under it.
User content and ownership
You retain ownership rights in content you create. To store it as a draft and publish it when you choose, you grant NoctMuse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license sufficient to host, process and display the content to operate the service. Unpublishing content or deleting your account ends this license except where limited retention is legally required.
Rights and responsibility
You must have the rights required for content you publish. Illegal content; child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate material; serious threats; content infringing third-party rights; and content facilitating serious illegal activity are prohibited.
Moderation, copyright and appeals
Users may report serious content-safety violations. NoctMuse may evaluate reports, restrict or remove content, and take appropriate account action. A safety or copyright report is not an automatic decision. Affected users may use the available copyright appeal process.
Writer Pro
Writer Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple. Pricing may vary by region. It may renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases, renewals and cancellations are managed through your Apple account. Deleting a NoctMuse account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription.
Service availability
We work to keep the service dependable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Features may change for security, legal requirements or product improvements.
Account termination and deletion
Access may be restricted for serious violations of these terms or safety rules. You may permanently delete your account in the app. Limited records may be retained where legally required.
Changes and contact
These terms are provided for the operation of NoctMuse and may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Contact sparkwelab@gmail.com with questions.
