Account access
For email verification, sign-in or password recovery issues, use the resend verification and Forgot password flows on the web or in the app. Contact support if the issue continues.
Writer Pro
Writer Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription providing advanced aggregate analytics for published works. Purchases and cancellations are managed by Apple.
Writing and reading
For local drafts, sync, chapter management, publishing, reading progress or content access issues, contact support with the work and chapter title. You do not need to include manuscript content in your email.
Privacy
NoctMuse processes information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service and provide writing, publishing and reading features. Usernames, display names, biographies, profile photos and published works may be public; email, date of birth, drafts and Library membership are not shown on public profiles.
Limited content-safety report metadata, such as category, target and an optional short note, may be processed and retained as necessary for trust and safety.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account on the web through Account → Delete Account or in the app through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes the profile, works, chapters, drafts, Library relationships, reading progress, ratings and normal account data held to provide the service.
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute-handling purposes. Deleting a NoctMuse account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; it must be managed separately through your Apple account.
Copyright
Authors must have the rights required to publish their content. Publication and revision history retained by NoctMuse is not legal proof of copyright ownership.
Copyright reports may be submitted in the app or by support email. A report is not an automatic finding of infringement or an automatic takedown; access may be restricted where appropriate, and affected authors may appeal.

Content safety reports
Signed-in web readers can report serious safety and policy violations in a public work or chapter from the relevant work or reader page. Do not copy harmful content into the report; a brief explanation is enough. Submitting a report does not automatically remove content.

Age and safety
NoctMuse is available to users aged 16 and over. Certain mature content is restricted to users aged 18 and over.
